Dr. Mark Jackson is the Chief Technical Architect for Higher Education at Oracle. Mark has a PhD in digital twin system architecture and design. He has spent 10 years in higher education as a senior research associate, lecturer and course designer. Mark's role within Oracle is to work with higher education on a strategic level to understand how cloud can deliver optimised learning and research experiences.
